Privacy policy
Last updated 23 October 2026
Vnta CRM (vntacrm.com) is a private tool for running a tutoring business: its students, tutors, terms, bills and payments. It is used only by the people who run that business. This policy explains what information it holds, why, and how it is protected.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We ask only for these basic details (the “email” and “profile” permissions). We never see your Google password, and we have no access to your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive or any other Google data.
If you connect Google Calendar (optional), Google asks you to let Vnta CRM see and edit the events in your calendars and see your list of calendars. Your events are shown, created, changed and deleted only when you use the Calendar page.
Information you enter to run your business, such as:
- students' names, subjects, rates, lesson times and lesson notes;
- parents' names and contact details (WhatsApp numbers, phone numbers, email addresses);
- tutors' names, contact details and hourly wages;
- terms, missed weeks, bills, payments and enquiries.
Technical information: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, and standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request) kept by our hosting providers for security and reliability.
How we use it
Only to provide the service to you: to sign you in, show your records, work out bills and payments, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone for marketing. There are no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.
Google user data
Vnta CRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your Google name, email address and profile picture are used only to create and identify your account.
Google Calendar data is used only to show your calendar on the Calendar page and to make the changes you ask for there. Your browser talks to Google directly: Vnta CRM does not store your calendar events or your Google access on its servers, and the access expires within an hour unless you reconnect. You can disconnect on the Calendar page at any time, or remove access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
No Google user data is shared with third parties, used for advertising, sold, or used to train any AI or machine-learning model.
Who can see your information
Each account is completely separate. The database enforces this: every record belongs to the account that created it, and no account can read or change another account's records.
Information is stored and processed by these service providers, only to run Vnta CRM:
- Supabase for the database and sign-in (servers in Tokyo, Japan);
- Vercel for hosting the website;
- Google for signing in.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by these providers. We would only disclose information if the law required it.
Cookies
Vnta CRM uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Signing out removes them.
Keeping and deleting information
Your information is kept for as long as you use the service. You can edit or delete any record in the app, and download a complete copy of your data at any time from Settings. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it together with every record it holds.
Children
Vnta CRM is for adults running a tutoring business. It may hold details about students who are children, entered by their tutors; these are used only to arrange lessons and bill their families.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change too. For questions about your information, or to have your account deleted, contact the owner of Vnta CRM through the support email shown on Google's sign-in screen for Vnta CRM.
